Scores of condos at $1 million and above are for sale at a time when the battered local housing market has forced high-end buyers to pull back. Sovereign, a luxury high-rise condo on Peachtree Road in Buckhead, recently debuted its newest model home. This unit on the 43rd floor is selling for $3 million.
