Phil Lemieux waits off the side of westbound I-20 for his partner to return with parts to repair a replica of the civil war era submarine, the H.L. Hunley. Atlanta highways are dangerous enough with breakdowns along the side of the interstates, but Thursday, Mar. 29, 2012 brought a different reason for passing motorists to rubberneck as a replica of a civil war era submarine sat broke down on westbound I-20 just before I-285 on Atlanta's west side.
