Funeral for Atlanta Police Officer Gail Thomas
Police officers from throughout the area listen to tributes to the fallen officer. The standing room only funeral for Senior Police Officer Gail Thomas was held at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Atlanta. A police procession led by motorcycle patrol entered the church grounds beneath a giant American flag suspended by fire ladder trucks, and police units from throughout the area processed into the church.
