Fatal wreck, rain snarls commute
Heavy rain and threats of tornadoes made a mess of the Tuesday morning commute. Before dawn, two men in a pickup truck were killed when their vehicle struck a tractor-trailer in the emergency lane of the ramp from I-75 southbound to I-285 westbound in Cobb County.
