Fatal wreck, rain snarls commute
Rusty Reagin walks away from his 1997 Lexus after a tree fell on it as he was driving to work Wednesday morning on Valley Brook Road in Decatur. The tree pulled down power lines with it but Reagin was uninjured. Recent rains and winds from Tuesday's storms may have put the tree in a weaken state. JOHN SPINK / jspink@ajc.com
