I-285 Perez: Former Atlanta Braves pitcher Pascual Perez earned his nickname by getting lost before a start for the home team in 1982. Apparently, he circled the city several times on I-285 looking for Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium. We can only assume the Braves gave a map of the city to their new hire. AJC staff
