Scooter Day at Capitol
Steven Sheffer of the Scooter Superstore in Jacksonville, FL turns on the flashing lights on a demonstration model of a three-wheel Piaggio MP3 500cc scooter outfitted for police use. Law enforcement agencies across the country, including the New York City police, are beginning to use scooters.
