Step-by-step, a motley marching band trudges out from Wonderroot, a community arts center in Atlanta's Reynoldstown comunity. The band is all purple, black, sass and drums, with a double-belled sousaphone, trombones, horns, loudspeakers and more. It’s the Atlanta Sedition Orchestra, a community band built on politics and music, with members aged from high school to retirement.
