Buckhead home gets an extreme makeover
Dan and Kerrie Bauer decided to remodel their one-story, 1947 cottage when their family outgrew it, so they could keep their prime Buckhead location. The new two-story design is compatible with other homes in the neighborhood. "We leveled it but built off the existing foundation, so we didn't have that 'McMansion' look," said Kerrie Bauer.
