Crissy Klaus (left), Founder and CEO of FIO360, interacts with kids after lunch. Klaus, a mother of two, formed the company after a career in real estate and marketing. The day care opened about two months ago with a "soft enrollment" of a few dozen kids. At full capacity, 268 children can be enrolled between the ages of six weeks through Pre-K.
