Do your lats have your back?
CLOSE GRIP CABLE ROW: Sit on bench of cable row machine or use a step box if machine does not have a bench. Brace your feet on foot bar or place feet flat on the floor. Grasp the close grip handle with the palms facing together. At this point, sit perpendicular to the floor. Shoulders should stay over hips during the movement; do not lean forward. With arms extended, begin to pull the handle toward you. Chris Hunt / Staff
