Do your lats have your back?
SEATED ROW ON MACHINE: Select a desired weight. Sit on the machine chair and place your chest firmly on the chest pad. Grab the top handles with the palms facing down. Before you start, be sure to roll the shoulders back and keep the chest open (do not slouch over the pad). To begin, pull the handles toward you, drawing the shoulder blades together and keeping the wrists straight. Chris Hunt / Staff
