Do your lats have your back?
LAT PULL DOWN: After you've selected a comfortable weight, secure the lat bar in your hands wider than shoulder width apart. Brace your legs under a roll pad or behind a foot brace. With the chest up and your elbows slightly bent, pull the bar down toward the top of your chest and draw shoulder blades together. Slowly go back up with the bar, but do not lock the elbows.
