Stress relief tips

Everyone has had a bad night's sleep before, and we know how that makes us feel: grumpy, tired and short tempered. But for people with chronic insomnia, constant mental fatigue is a way of life. Everyone should get 7-8 hours of sleep per night; if you consistently get less than that, consider squeezing in a power nap to your busy schedule. CHRIS HUNT/AJC Special
