Stress relief tips

Music can be a great way to reduce stress in your environment. Instead of turning the dial to talk radio, try listening to your favorite music on your daily commute. If your employer allows it, listening to music at work can help one focus on the task at hand. At home, enjoy music while tackling household chores, which can make the mundane work less of a hassle.
