Tyson demonstrates the wheelbarrow race.Be a role model and take responsibility. If you're not doing it, they're not going to do it. The old "do as I say, not as I do" ideology does not work. The more television you watch, the more they will watch TV and play video games. Likewise, if you go outside to kick a soccer ball around, they will, too.
