Customers line up for National Doughnut Day
People lineup at Krispy Kreme shop on Ponce de Leon for National Doughnut Day giveaways. Two major doughnut chains are offering free treats to celebrate holiday established in 1938 as a fundraiser for the Salvation Army. Dunkin' Donuts is offering customers a free doughnut with any beverage purchase. Not to be outdone, Krispy Kreme customers will receive a free doughnut, with no purchase necessary.
