Service suffers at airlines
Dr. Alan Horner of York, England, figures out the automatic kiosk to obtain his boarding pass instead of waiting in line. Dr. Horner was on a business trip to Atlanta and was having difficulty getting the kiosk to read his passport. "For a personal preference, it's always nice to talk to someone, " he said.
