Chevy's Tru 140S concept is powered by a 150-horsepower 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that is targeted for an estimated 40 mpg. The Tru 140S is based on the same platform as the Chevy Cruze and Volt. Detroit Free Press
