Truett Cathy opens 'Upscale Pizza'
After building a chain of more than 1,300 Chick-fil-A restaurants, Truett Cathy, 87, is opening a new pizza restaurant in Fayetteville, Ga. He is calling it Upscale Pizza and hopes to cater to families. The grand opening is on May 1, 2008. Elissa Eubanks
