Hooters expands in tough market
Coby Brooks, 39, is the CEO/president of Hooters of America, Inc. He took over the business from his late father five years ago. Brooks has tightened the chain's focus on its core operations, renovated the look of its restaurants and hired an executive chef to upgrade the menu.
