If you enjoy working with both animals and people, the growing field of veterinary medicine may be for you. There's usually more flexibility in the field of veterinary medicine than in human medicine and perhaps most importantly, there's not nearly as much insurance paperwork to deal with, leaving doctors more time to spend on patient care.
