His lease is up with TJ Maxx and gave the merchants renting from him until Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 7a.m to vacate. He said he would have the 100-something merchants kicked out, but the Fulton County Codes enforcement officer said Swindall will face sanctions should he try to kick the people out w/o a permit.
